Identify what matters

Most teams have a dozen workflows they think AI should handle. Usually three of them are actually worth it. We run workshops with your ops team to figure out which ones.

02

Build your domain brain

Your SOPs, Slack threads, CRM notes, internal docs. Your team’s knowledge is scattered across dozens of tools. We structure it so AI can actually use it. That’s the difference between a chatbot that guesses and one that knows your business.

03

Automate the right things

Invoice matching, report generation, document triage. The stuff that eats multiple hours a week and nobody wants to do. We build AI that handles the routine. Your team handles the judgment calls.

What you need to know before we build.

What does an AI automation agency actually do?

A good AI agency audits your workflows, picks the two or three highest-leverage tasks to automate, builds the systems, trains your team, and maintains them after launch. You should expect working software in weeks, not a strategy deck in months. If the first deliverable is a slide presentation, you hired the wrong partner.

Do we need engineering talent?

No. We handle the technical side — you focus on your business. We’ll build the systems, deploy them, and make sure your team knows how to work with them. Everything we ship is documented in plain English so a non-technical owner can explain it to the next person who sits in the chair.

How much does AI automation cost for a small business?

Most focused pilots — one or two workflows — sit in the low five figures to build, plus a monthly line for software and maintenance. Multi-workflow builds run higher. We scope exact pricing in writing before you commit, with a kill threshold attached. No blank checks, no discovery-call theatre.

How long does AI implementation take?

A single-workflow pilot ships in two to four weeks. A multi-workflow build takes six to twelve weeks. Custom agents connected to your CRM, phones, and internal data take eight to sixteen weeks. The biggest delay is almost always data cleanup, not model building. We tell you where the time goes before we start.

When do we see ROI?

We start with the workflow that’s costing you the most time or money, so the return shows up fast. Most clients feel the first wins inside a month — fewer missed leads, hours back in the week, reports that write themselves. We agree on the exact metric we’re moving before the build starts.

What’s your pricing model?

Every engagement is a scoped, fixed-price proposal with a written kill threshold. No blank checks, no surprise invoices, no time-and-materials drift. You know exactly what you’re paying for and what has to be true for us to walk away. We’d rather refund a bad fit than bill through one.

Will AI replace my team?

No. AI takes over the repetitive work — data entry, first-pass triage, routine follow-up, report generation — so your team can do the work only people can do. The firms we’ve worked with haven’t made layoffs. They’ve stopped hiring for roles they were about to hire for, and moved their existing people into higher-leverage work.

What if AI isn’t right for us?

We’ll tell you. Honestly, not every problem needs AI. If we don’t think automation will make a real difference for your use case, we’ll say so upfront — on the first call, before anyone wastes anyone’s time. Half the value of a good partner is the projects they talk you out of.

How is our data protected?

Your data stays private and encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t train models on your information. We use enterprise API plans with data retention off, and sensitive workflows can run on private or self-hosted models. We’ll walk you through the exact setup before you sign anything.

What happens after launch?

We stick around. Every build comes with a monitoring window — we watch the real performance, catch the edge cases the demo missed, and fix what isn’t working. You’re not handed a system and left to figure it out. After that window, you can extend the retainer or run it yourself.
